A "tertulia" was traditionally an informal gathering at home, accompanied by food, drinks, and spontaneous conversations.
At this "tertulia" we will have the opportunity to taste the traditional flavors of Doña María's kitchen, my mother, who will lovingly prepare the three o'clock coffee for us. In addition, a breathwork class guided by Rakshita Ramán, an invitation to quiet the mind and inhabit the present.
