Foranea has a 10-day return policy: you have 10 days from the delivery of your order to send it back to us for an exchange for another item of the same value.

Any claims regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product(s). They must be sent back in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.).

Any package returned late will be refused and sent back to the sender. The costs and risks of returning the product(s) shall be borne by the sender.

We do not cover the cost of returned items; these costs are borne by the customer.

To accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in their original, undamaged packaging, with their tag attached, unused, and accompanied by all their accessories.

1. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached. Attach or write the reason for the return.

2. All products that come in their box must be returned in their original, undamaged box.

3. Drop off your package at the nearest courier company to the following address: Sucursal de Correo, Guiones, Nosara 50206. Province of Guanacaste Costa Rica.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it/them to ensure it/they is/are in good condition. If it/they meets the criteria of our returns policy, we will process your replacement for another item of the same value.
