Returns

* General information:

Foranea has a 10-day return policy: you have 10 days from the delivery of your order to send it back to us and obtain an exchange for another item of the same value.

Any claim regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label, etc.).

Any package returned after the deadline will be rejected and returned to the sender. The costs and risks of returning the product(s) will be borne by the sender.

We do not cover the costs of returned items. The costs are borne by the client.

To accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, unused and accompanied by all its accessories.

1. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached. Attach or write the reason for the return.

2. All products that come in their box must be returned in their original box, without damage.

3. Leave your package at the closest courier company at the following address: La Esperanza Guiones, Nosara 50206. 160, Provincia de Guanacaste Costa Rica.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to make sure it is in good condition. If it meets the criteria of our return policy, we will process your replacement with another item of the same value.
